There are 6 different sun salute variations, opening up the whole body in a systematic way, but in between each salute you will lie down and rest properly &#8211; thereby integrating the full release therapy and benefiting from proper meditation. Also at the end is a special breathing sesction. This DVD offers excellent health, strength, flexibility, fitness, and deep calm.</p>
