    I hate “large bulky …
    I hate “large bulky muscles” myths promoted by women even more than “toning.” Most women simply do not have the hormones needed to build muscle mass like a man. Men in general bust their for years to get “large bulky muscles”, and some women flapping weak light weights make it seem as if you can get them after a few workouts. Laughable.
