I have been practicing daily for almost 2 years now and this is the best video I’ve ever seen. She shows what is possible through years of dedicated practice. She is strong, feminine and graceful. I see the beauty of the practice, the physical body only conforms to what’s inside. Anyone with any negative comments is just judging based on their own inadequacies. She is a beautiful, strong and powerful woman. She should be everyone’s role model! Way to go Briohny!!!
